WReN Hospitality Partners is a boutique hotel commercial strategy consultancy founded by Wendy Norris. WReN delivers fractional commercial leadership, hotel revenue strategy, and integrated hospitality commercial strategy for independent hotels, soft brands, and branded properties across the United States. Principal-led. No hand-offs. The person in the first conversation is the person doing the work, building the strategy, and accountable for the outcome.

WReN built a contact center from scratch, trained the team, set the conversion benchmarks, and connected it directly to rate integrity and direct booking strategy.
